When you use the Bambicup app, we may collect:

• Account Information: Your name, phone number, and a 4-digit PIN you create when signing up.
• Order Information: Items you order, delivery address (entered manually by you), order history, and special instructions/notes.
• Loyalty Information: Points earned and redeemed through our rewards program.
• Reviews & Ratings: Star ratings and written feedback you choose to submit about your orders.

We do not collect your precise GPS location. Delivery addresses are entered manually by you as text.

We do not collect payment card information through the app. Payment is made directly to our staff on delivery or at the counter.

We use the information collected to:

• Process and deliver your food orders
• Track order status and notify you of updates (e.g., "Preparing," "Ready")
• Calculate and manage your loyalty points and rewards
• Improve our menu and service based on reviews and order patterns
• Contact you regarding your order if necessary

Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database and backend service. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information is only used internally by Bambicup staff to fulfill and manage your orders.

We retain your order history and account information for as long as your account remains active, and for record-keeping and business reporting purposes thereafter.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

Bambicup is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
